Commission Design & Payment Process
Design Meeting
I like to set aside time to learn what work needs to be done. This my opportunity to ask questions & confirm the full scope of the job as well as the timeline in which the work needs to be completed.

It is at this point the cost will be established. It is based on the time it will take to complete the work & a down-payment will be taken.

Initial Proof
After the time-line & job has been established I will send an initial proof based the design meeting.

At this point 25%-50% of the design work will be done. This will be a rough layout to establish that I am moving in the right direction with the design. Larger changes can still be made at this point.

Updated Proof
This proof will be close to the final product. 90% of the design work will be done at this point. Small tweaks can be made.

If there a lot of changes that still need to be made the cost of the job will be adjusted. A new down-payment must be made & a new initial proof will be sent.
​
Final Design
At this point the job is complete & final payment will be made.

After payment has been made the high-resolution,
non-watermarked files will be sent in any format that is needed.
